TERMS OF SERVICE – NURO PERFORMANCE (AUSTRALIA)

These Terms of Service apply to customers located in Australia. By accessing this website or purchasing from Nuro Performance, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. GENERAL
   You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or make a purchase, or have permission from a legal guardian. Nuro Performance reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. PRODUCTS & FITMENT
   All products sold by Nuro Performance are aftermarket unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their vehicle prior to purchase. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Nuro Performance is not liable for damage, loss, or injury resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification of products.

3. ORDERS
   We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors, stock errors, or suspected fraudulent activity occur. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS
   All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice. Full payment must be received before orders are processed or dispatched.

5. SHIPPING
   Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Nuro Performance is not responsible for courier delays or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
   Returns are subject to our Return Policy. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to qualify. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

7. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
   Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuro Performance’s liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, business interruption, or installation labour costs.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All website content including logos, images, branding, graphics, and product descriptions are the property of Nuro Performance and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in Australian courts.
