SHIPPING POLICY – NURO PERFORMANCE (AUSTRALIA)
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders delivered within Australia. By placing an order with Nuro Performance, you agree to the following shipping terms.

SHIPPING METHODS
We ship all orders using various couriers that may include:
- Australia Post Standard/Express
- Couriers Please
- Aramex Australia
These are subject to product type & shipping time comparisons. -
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 0–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended. -
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free for all our items at this current time ( 25/04/26) but may change in the future. -
TRACKING
All orders include tracking. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates. -
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Nuro Performance is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery. -
DELAYS
Nuro Performance is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events, public holidays, or peak seasonal demand. -
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will lodge an investigation with our couriers. -
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
If Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected, Nuro Performance is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. -
