Ordering
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Can I use Afterpay?▼
Yes! Afterpay is available at checkout on all orders. Split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments — mod now, pay later.
Can I change or cancel my order?▼
If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out to us ASAP at support@nuroperformance.com and we'll do our best to make changes. Once shipped, we can't modify orders but you can initiate a return.
Fitment
How do I know if a part fits my car?▼
Every product listing includes specific chassis codes and compatible models. Use the Vehicle Model filter on any collection page to narrow results to your exact car. If you're still unsure, send us a message with your year, model, and chassis code and we'll confirm fitment for you.
What's a chassis code and how do I find mine?▼
A chassis code (like F80, G20, E92) identifies the specific generation of your BMW. You can find it on your VIN sticker in the driver's door jamb, or look up your VIN online. Common examples: F30 = 3 Series 2012-2018, G20 = 3 Series 2019+, F80 = M3 2014-2018.
Do you only sell BMW parts?▼
Yes — we specialise exclusively in BMW. This lets us go deep on fitment accuracy and quality for every chassis code, from F-series through to the latest G-series models.
Are your parts OEM or aftermarket?▼
Our catalogue is primarily high-quality aftermarket parts. Every product is selected for OEM-grade fitment, premium materials, and a finish that matches or exceeds the original. We test and verify everything before listing.
Shipping
Where do you ship?▼
We ship Australia-wide from Melbourne. All orders include tracking so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door.
How long does shipping take?▼
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location — typically 3-7 business days for metro areas and 5-10 days for regional/remote areas. You'll receive tracking info via email as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?▼
You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also use the "Track Your Order" button in our site header to check your delivery status anytime.
Do you offer express shipping?▼
Express shipping options are available at checkout for most products. Delivery times and costs vary based on your location and the size of the order.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?▼
We want you to be 100% satisfied. If something isn't right, reach out within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Check our Refund Policy page for full details.
What if my part arrives damaged?▼
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no hassle. We take packaging seriously but want to make it right if anything goes wrong in transit.
How long do refunds take?▼
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Products
Are installation instructions included?▼
Most of our parts are designed as direct replacements and follow OEM installation procedures. While we don't include printed instructions with every order, we're happy to point you to installation guides or answer questions about specific installs.
Do you sell carbon fibre parts?▼
Yes — carbon fibre is one of our specialities. We stock a wide range of real carbon fibre components including mirror caps, spoilers, front lips, diffusers, and interior trim. All dry or wet carbon with UV-resistant clear coat.
Can you source a part that isn't listed?▼
Potentially! If you're looking for something specific that we don't currently stock, send us a message. We have a wide network of suppliers and may be able to source it for you.
