Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware included.
Electrical components, custom-fit parts, and clearance items are final sale unless they arrived defective.

Manufacturer warranty vs. your warranty
Every part we sell carries the manufacturer's warranty, that's anywhere from 90 days to lifetime depending on the brand, and it's listed on the product page.
On top of that, Nuro backs every order with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If something's wrong in those first 30 days, you deal with us, not the manufacturer.
How to file a warranty claim

We handle the back-and-forth with the manufacturer so you don't have to chase anyone. Most claims are resolved in 7–14 business days.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and land at your door in 3–7 business days.

It happens. As long as the part is unused and in original packaging, return it within 30 days for a full refund or swap.
If our fitment guide on the site was inaccurate, we cover return shipping. If it was a wrong selection on your end, return shipping is on you.
Do you offer fitment guarantees?
Yes. If our site confirms a part fits your vehicle and it doesn't, we pay return shipping both ways and either find you the right part or give you a full refund. Just send photos showing the fit issue.

Everything we sell is brand new unless the listing specifically says "used" or "refurbished."
Used and refurb items are clearly labeled and priced accordingly, no surprises.
Performance claims (HP gains, etc.) How are they measured?
Power, torque, and other performance numbers come straight from manufacturer dyno testing on the specific platform listed.
We don't make up gains or recycle marketing fluff. If the claims look too good to be true, we don't carry the part.

Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a dealer can't void your entire warranty just because you installed an aftermarket part.
They CAN deny coverage on a specific component if the aftermarket part directly caused the failure.
Translation: an exhaust won't void your transmission warranty, but a tune might affect your powertrain coverage.
If you're not sure, talk to your dealer before installing.
