Return window and conditions

You've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back.

Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware included.

Electrical components, custom-fit parts, and clearance items are final sale unless they arrived defective.

Who pays return shipping?

If the part is defective, mislabeled, or we got the order wrong, we cover return shipping and send a prepaid label.

If it's a change of mind or wrong-fit on your end, return shipping is on you.

Manufacturer warranty vs. your warranty

Every part we sell carries the manufacturer's warranty, that's anywhere from 90 days to lifetime depending on the brand, and it's listed on the product page.

On top of that, Nuro backs every order with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If something's wrong in those first 30 days, you deal with us, not the manufacturer.

How to file a warranty claim

Email info@nuroperformance.com with your order number, a quick description of the issue, and photos or video of the problem.

We handle the back-and-forth with the manufacturer so you don't have to chase anyone. Most claims are resolved in 7–14 business days.

Shipping costs and timeframes

Standard shipping in Australia & the USA is free, otherwise calculated at checkout based on size and zip.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and land at your door in 3–7 business days.

Need it faster? Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout if possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Canada, Mexico, UK, EU, and Australia.

Rates are calculated at checkout. Heads up: any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country are your responsibility we can't predict or prepay those.

Tracking info

The moment your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. You can also pull tracking up anytime by logging into your account at nuroperformance.com/account.

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after shipment, that's normal.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Take photos of the box AND the part before unpacking further, then email info@nuroperformance.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We file the carrier claim, you get a replacement on the way.

Don't toss the packaging until we tell you it's clear, carriers sometimes inspect.

How do I know if a part fits my car?

Every product page has a fitment selector pick your year, make, model, trim, and engine. If the part fits, you'll see a "Confirmed Fit" badge. Still not sure? Send us your VIN at info@nuroperformance.com and we'll verify before you check out.

Two minutes of double-checking beats a return.

What if I order the wrong part?

It happens. As long as the part is unused and in original packaging, return it within 30 days for a full refund or swap.

If our fitment guide on the site was inaccurate, we cover return shipping. If it was a wrong selection on your end, return shipping is on you.

Do you offer fitment guarantees?

Yes. If our site confirms a part fits your vehicle and it doesn't, we pay return shipping both ways and either find you the right part or give you a full refund. Just send photos showing the fit issue.

OEM vs. aftermarket, what's the difference?

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts are made by, or for your car's factory and match the original spec.

Aftermarket parts are made by third-party companies and often offer better performance, more options, or lower prices.

We carry both, and we'll tell you straight which one makes sense for your build.

Are parts new, used, or refurbished?

Everything we sell is brand new unless the listing specifically says "used" or "refurbished."

Used and refurb items are clearly labeled and priced accordingly, no surprises.

Performance claims (HP gains, etc.) How are they measured?

Power, torque, and other performance numbers come straight from manufacturer dyno testing on the specific platform listed.

We don't make up gains or recycle marketing fluff. If the claims look too good to be true, we don't carry the part.

Do you offer installation?

We don't run a shop ourselves, but we work with trusted installers across the US & Australia.

Email us your zip code and the part you bought at info@nuroperformance.com and we'll point you to a vetted shop nearby.

Will this void my factory warranty?

Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a dealer can't void your entire warranty just because you installed an aftermarket part.

They CAN deny coverage on a specific component if the aftermarket part directly caused the failure.

Translation: an exhaust won't void your transmission warranty, but a tune might affect your powertrain coverage.

If you're not sure, talk to your dealer before installing.
